Dietzenbach is the county seat of the Kreis Offenbach district, about ten kilometres from Offenbach and a good twelve kilometres southeast of Frankfurt. With several commercial and industrial estates and employers from mechanical engineering, packaging, logistics and electronics, the town is a regular deployment location for assembly and technical teams. Via the S2 suburban railway and the A3/A661, Offenbach and Frankfurt are reachable without changing trains or quickly by car. Our fully equipped apartments are located in Offenbach, with a short connection to Dietzenbach.

Industry, production and logistics
Dietzenbach has several commercial and industrial estates, including the Gewerbegebiet Nord in the Steinberg district and the Gewerbepark Dietzenbach-Ost. Major employers include DVS Technology Group (mechanical engineering, around 1,050 employees), the Cartonplast Group (reusable transport packaging), Controlware, CLARUS Films (specialty films), SALMET International (livestock housing systems) as well as KISTEN HAAS (wooden packaging and logistics) and ZETA Logistik. For fitters this means ongoing demand in maintenance, engineering and assembly.
S2 suburban railway without changing trains to Offenbach and Frankfurt
Dietzenbach is the terminus of the S2 suburban railway line, with the stations Steinberg, Dietzenbach Mitte and Dietzenbach Bahnhof. The S2 runs without changing trains via Offenbach, including Offenbach Ost and Offenbach Marktplatz, to Frankfurt central station in around 32 minutes. It runs every 30 minutes, and every 15 minutes during peak hours.
A3 and A661 via the Offenbacher Kreuz
Via the B459 federal road you reach the A3 and A661 motorways at the Offenbacher Kreuz. From there, construction sites throughout the Rhein-Main region are quickly reachable by van.
County seat in the Kreis Offenbach district
Dietzenbach has been the county seat of the Kreis Offenbach district since 2003 and has around 35,500 inhabitants. In addition to the town centre, the districts of Steinberg, Wingertsberg and Hexenberg belong to it. Its central location in the Rhein-Main region makes the town a practical base for assignments in Offenbach, Frankfurt and the surrounding area.

In the town area there are public parking spaces, some subject to charges, some free, as well as a park-and-ride car park at the station. We are happy to name suitable apartments with parking when you enquire.
