Crew apartment Kaiserlei
Kaiserlei is Offenbach's office and services location, right on the city border with Frankfurt. Situated on the Main opposite Frankfurt's Ostend, the quarter has grown into a dense place of work with major companies. For assembly and technical teams, the proximity to these employers counts as much as its own S-Bahn station and the direct access to the A661. Our fully equipped apartments are in Offenbach, with a short connection to Kaiserlei.
Office location with over 5,000 jobs
Since 1992, according to the city of Offenbach, more than 5,000 new jobs have been created at Kaiserlei. Its employers include Hyundai with its European and German headquarters on Kaiserleipromenade, Siemens, Honeywell and the McDonald's headquarters for south-west Germany, among others. For workers, that means lasting demand in technical services, fit-out and building operation.
The Deutscher Wetterdienst right next door
In the immediate vicinity, at Frankfurter Straße 135, the Deutscher Wetterdienst has its headquarters as a federal authority; the new building was inaugurated in 2008. A large authority with its own technical and building operations is a typical job site for skilled and assembly teams.
Its own S-Bahn station Kaiserlei
The underground station Offenbach-Kaiserlei in the City-Tunnel is served by the S1, S2, S8 and S9 lines. Towards Frankfurt, the next station Frankfurt Mühlberg already follows. The team thus reaches Frankfurt and many job sites in the Rhine-Main area by rail without changing.
A661, Kaiserleibrücke and the Offenbacher Kreuz
The A661 runs through the Kaiserlei area and leads to the Frankfurt bank across the Kaiserleibrücke; at the Offenbacher Kreuz it meets the A3. Since the rebuild of the Kaiserleikreisel at the end of 2022, a double interchange separates the regional traffic between Frankfurt and Offenbach from the long-distance A661 traffic. The van is thus quickly on the motorway.
Parking on site
For trades and commercial businesses, the city of Offenbach issues a tradesperson parking permit for the Frankfurt RheinMain region. It lets company vehicles park on a local job in restricted no-stopping areas, residents' parking zones and paid parking areas. The fee depends on the scope, and there is no legal entitlement. In residential areas, residents' parking additionally applies (residents' permit 75 euros a year).
